Operational in hours. Modular roof and floor systems arrive pre-finished. Columns, wall panels, doors and windows are bolted on site with basic tools. No heavy machinery, no specialist labour required.
Grade 8 seismic resistance. Class 10 wind load. Hot-dip galvanized channel steel frame with powder-coated finish. Waterproof, moisture-proof, and fire-rated to Grade A — ready for any environment.
Up to 3 storeys high. Units can be stacked vertically or combined horizontally into larger floor plans. Ideal for growing sites — add modules as your needs expand, no rebuilding required.

Great for Airbnb
Set this up as a guest studio in my garden. Guests love it honestly. The finish looks way more premium than the price suggests. Assembly was straightforward, took us about 6 hours total.

Kvalitet je dobar, steel je cvrst i sve je na svom mestu. Jedino sto bih napomenula je da je dokumentacija za montazu mogla biti malo jasnija, ali ekipa na whatsapp je odgovorila brzo. Generalno zadovoljna.
Wouldn't hesitate to order again
Third container I've bought from them at this point. Consistent quality every time. The batch pre-order system is clever - saved a few hundred on this last order.
Exceeded expectations
Honestly didn't know what to expect ordering from Montenegro but the whole process was smooth. Unit arrived well packaged, assembly took about half a day with two people. Really solid build quality.

Imala sam dosta pitanja pre kupovine i ekipa je bila izuzetno strpljiva i profesionalna. Sam proizvod je odlican - cvrst, dobro izolovan, lako se montira. Jedino pozaljenje je sto nisam ranije kupila :)
Really impressive for the price
Bought as a home office. The insulation is genuinely good - I can use it year round without extra heating. Assembly manual could be a bit clearer but YouTube helped fill the gaps. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect for our site office
We needed a temporary office for a construction site in Bavaria. This was the best value we found after weeks of searching. Arrived in 22 days, exactly as described.

Odlicno. Kupio sam dva komada. Slozili smo ih i koristimo kao manju porodicnu vikendicu. Izolacija i kvalitet materijala su iznad ocekivanja.
Bas sam zadovoljan
Koristim kao studio za rad od kuce. Montirali smo za jedan dan, nas dvojica. Izolacija je odlicna, cak i zimi nije hladno. 5 zvezda zasluzeno.

Koristimo na gradilistu kao svlacionicu i malu kancelariju. Cena je bila glavna prednost ali i kvalitet nije razocario. Minus jedan bod jer je jedan panel bio malo ostecen pri isporuci ali ekipa je odmah reagovala.

Koristimo ga kao magacin. Malo je duze trajalo nego sto smo ocekivali ali kvalitet je odlican. Materijali su cvrsti, nema propustanja vode.
Good but delivery was delayed
The unit itself is fine, quality is as expected. But delivery took closer to 5 weeks than 3-4. Got updates when I asked but wasn't proactively informed. Would still order again but manage expectations on timing.

Nije lose ali nisam bila potpuno zadovoljna. Isporuka je kasnila malo i jedan panel je bio ogrebotina. Ekipa je bila ljubazna ali moglo je biti bolje. Ipak za tu cenu, ok je.
Solid purchase
Good build, arrived well within 4 weeks. The documentation for assembly could be more detailed but we managed. Would order from Adriatic again.
Solid unit
Used it as a garden office. Went together easier than expected. Only minor gripe is one of the window seals wasn't perfect but honestly it's minor and the team sorted it quickly.
Good product, minor issues
Overall happy with the purchase. The steel frame quality is genuinely good. Had a small issue with one door hinge alignment but fixed it myself in 10 minutes. Delivery was 26 days which is within range.
Correct but not perfect
Delivery was fine, the unit is functional. But I expected slightly better finish on the exterior panels - there were some marks. For the price it's acceptable but worth knowing.
