Step by Step
Every order follows the same meticulous process. Nothing is skipped. Nothing is rushed.
For batch pre-order products, production and shipping only begin once the minimum number of units is confirmed by the group. The moment that threshold is reached, all orders are locked in at the final tier price and immediately move to the preparation phase. Your delivery window is guaranteed in writing from that point. In-stock orders skip this step and proceed directly to preparation.
Once you approve the quote and your deposit is received, your order enters our production queue immediately. You receive an order confirmation with your guaranteed delivery window and a dedicated contact person.
Our technical team selects your unit and performs a full multi-point inspection: structural integrity, floor condition, door seals, paint, and waterproofing. Custom configurations (insulation, windows, fit-out) are completed during this phase. You receive a photo and inspection report before we proceed.
We book your container onto the optimal route — by road for European destinations, or sea freight for longer hauls. Our logistics team prepares all export documentation, CMR waybills, and customs declarations. International clients receive full paperwork support at no additional charge.
Your container departs our Port of Bar facility. You receive a tracking link and are notified at each logistics milestone: departure, border crossing, and estimated arrival window. Our team is reachable by phone or WhatsApp throughout transit.
Your container arrives at the delivery address you specified. The driver contacts you 24 hours before to confirm the slot. For foldable containers, optional on-site assembly guidance is available. You inspect the unit, sign the delivery note, and you are done.

Lead times shown above apply from the batch dispatch date — which is triggered by the group threshold being reached, not the date of your individual order. Your product page shows the current batch progress, confirmed unit count, and deadline in real time. For in-stock products, the lead time starts from the day your order is placed.

Practical Info
A level gravel or concrete pad works perfectly. Allow at least 30 cm clearance on all sides for a standard 20ft unit.
Our delivery trucks require a minimum 4m clearance width and a turning radius of approximately 18m. Let us know if access is restricted.
An authorised person must be present to inspect the container and sign the delivery note. We will confirm the delivery window 24h in advance.
Inspect the container before the driver leaves. Any transit damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork. Photographs are recommended.
