Batch Pre-Orders

What is a batch pre-order?

A batch pre-order is a group buying order. A minimum number of units must be confirmed before production and shipping are launched. Because the container transport cost is shared across multiple buyers, everyone in the group pays less than they would ordering alone. Some containers are available in stock for immediate purchase — batch pre-orders are a separate listing, clearly labelled.

How does tiered pricing work?

Each batch has price tiers based on the number of confirmed units. For example: 1–5 units at one price, 6–10 at a lower price, 11–14 at the lowest tier. When enough buyers join to reach the next threshold, every buyer in the batch — including those already confirmed — automatically moves to the lower price.

Do I pay upfront for a batch pre-order?

Yes. You pay the current tier price when you join the batch. If additional buyers push the price to a lower tier after your payment, we refund the difference. Refunds are processed manually by our team and you will be notified by email as soon as your batch is processed.

What happens when the batch threshold is reached?

Once the minimum number of units is confirmed, we lock in the final price for all buyers, then immediately launch the inspection, preparation, and freight booking phase. You receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information.

What if the batch does not fill before the deadline?

Each batch has a stated deadline visible on the product page. If the minimum threshold is not reached by that date, we will contact every buyer individually to discuss options — which may include transferring to the next available batch or receiving a full refund.

Can I track the batch progress in real time?

Yes. The product page shows a live progress bar, the current tier price, the number of units already confirmed, and a countdown to the deadline — updated automatically. You can also track your specific order from your account dashboard.

Can I refer someone to join my batch and earn a commission?

Yes. Every registered customer has a personal referral link available in their account dashboard under "Referrals & Earnings". When someone orders through your link, you earn a percentage commission on the sale value. Commissions are reviewed and paid out manually after the batch is processed.

Which products are available as batch pre-orders versus in stock?

Products available for immediate purchase are labelled "In Stock" and can be ordered and dispatched right away. Products listed as "Batch Pre-Order" require a group of buyers to confirm before production and shipping begin. Both types are clearly distinguished throughout the catalogue.

Ordering & Pricing

How do I get a price?

Fill in our quote form on the Contact page or call us directly. We ask for: container type (foldable or maritime), size (20ft or 40ft), any customisations, and your delivery address. You will receive a full, itemised quote within 24 business hours.

Are prices inclusive of delivery?

Yes. Every quote we issue includes the container price, preparation, export documentation, and door-to-door freight to your specified address. There are no hidden add-ons unless you request optional extras such as crane offloading or on-site assembly.

Can I order multiple containers?

Absolutely. Volume orders are welcome and attract preferential pricing. If you are purchasing 3 or more units, please mention this in your enquiry and our team will prepare a tailored fleet quote.

Do prices include VAT?

Quotes to EU business clients are typically issued net of VAT under export/intra-EU rules. Non-EU clients are not charged Montenegrin VAT. We will specify the applicable tax treatment clearly in your quote.

How long is a quote valid?

Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue date. Steel and freight prices fluctuate; if your quote expires we will reissue it promptly — usually within a few hours.

Products & Specifications

What is a foldable container?

Foldable containers (also called flat-pack or modular containers) are factory-built, insulated steel structures designed for rapid deployment as offices, site accommodation, workshops, storage units or retail pop-ups. They are constructed from steel frames with insulated panel walls and can be assembled in under two hours with basic tools.

What sizes are available?

Our foldable containers are available in 10ft, 20ft and 40ft standard lengths. Maritime containers are available in 20ft standard, 20ft high-cube, 40ft standard and 40ft high-cube configurations. Custom dimensions are available for foldable units — contact us with your requirements.

Are shipping container s new or used?

We offer both new one-trip containers and grade-A used (wind and water tight) units. Used containers are fully inspected, any structural issues addressed, and they are repainted if required. All used units come with a written condition report and photo documentation.

What is the load capacity of your containers?

Our 20ft shipping container s have a maximum payload of approximately 28,000 kg. 40ft units carry up to 26,500 kg. Foldable containers are designed for habitation and light storage — floor load ratings vary by model, typically 250–500 kg/m².

Are shipping container s suitable for storage on land?

Yes. Shipping containers are extremely popular for ground-level storage. They are weather-tight, secure (lockbox available), and virtually maintenance-free. They can be placed directly on a flat, compacted surface — no special foundation is required for temporary use.

Delivery & Logistics

How long does delivery take?

Our standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. This covers preparation, documentation and transit. Zone A destinations (Western Balkans, nearby Adriatic countries) may arrive in as little as 7–10 days. Zone D (Middle East, Africa, sea freight) may take up to 5 weeks.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver throughout Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. If your destination is not listed on our Delivery page, please contact us — we work with a broad network of freight partners and can usually find a solution.

What type of truck delivers the container?

Most standard containers are delivered on a tilt-bed (roll-off) trailer or flatbed semi-truck. The driver will tilt or slide the container off the vehicle. You do not need a crane for standard ground-level placement. For elevated or precise placement, a separate crane hire may be needed — we can advise on this.

What access does the delivery truck need?

A tilt-bed truck typically needs: minimum 4m clearance width, approximately 18m of turning radius, and a firm surface that will not sink under 26t axle load. If access is restricted or difficult, inform us at the quoting stage and we will recommend alternatives.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Once your container is dispatched, you receive a tracking link and are notified at key milestones: departure from Bar, border crossings, and estimated arrival window. Our team is available by phone and WhatsApp throughout transit.

Payment & Finance

What are the payment terms?

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit on order confirmation and 50% balance before dispatch. For established clients or volume orders, extended terms may be available. All payments are made by bank transfer (SWIFT/SEPA).

Which currencies do you accept?

We invoice in EUR. Payments in GBP, USD and CHF are also accepted — the exchange rate applied is the interbank rate on the day of receipt, with no surcharge.

Do you offer financing or leasing?

We do not provide financing directly, but we work with several partner leasing companies for clients who prefer to spread the cost. Contact us for details and we will introduce you to the appropriate partner for your country.

Is my deposit protected if something goes wrong?

Yes. Your deposit is held in a dedicated client account and only released to operations once your container is confirmed ready for dispatch. In the very unlikely event we cannot fulfil your order, your deposit is refunded in full within 5 business days.

Customisation

Can I choose the colour of my container?

Yes. Foldable containers can be powder-coated in any RAL colour. Maritime containers can be painted — we offer a standard palette or match to any RAL reference. Custom colour is included in the preparation phase at a small additional cost.

Can you add windows and doors?

Absolutely. Our in-house workshop can cut openings and fit standard or sliding windows, personnel doors, ventilation grilles, and roller shutters. All modifications are sealed and weatherproofed before dispatch. Specify your requirements at the quoting stage.

Can you insulate the container?

Yes. We offer spray foam, rockwool panel, and composite panel insulation for both foldable and shipping container s. Insulation values (U-value ratings) are available on request. This is particularly popular for office and accommodation units in colder climates.

Can you fit electrical installations?

We can install basic electrical fit-outs: consumer unit, sockets, LED lighting, and an external cable entry point. For full electrical commissioning to local regulations, we recommend engaging a local electrician upon delivery, as standards vary by country.

Can containers be stacked or joined?

Our foldable containers are designed for ground-level deployment. Maritime containers can be stacked up to 9 high (empty) with standard corner castings. Joining kits for side-by-side configurations are available for foldable units, allowing you to create larger interconnected structures.

After-Sale & Warranty

What warranty do I receive?

New foldable containers carry a 24-month structural warranty. Used shipping container s are supplied with a 6-month wind and water-tight guarantee. All containers undergo pre-dispatch inspection and arrive with a condition report.

What if the container is damaged on delivery?

Any transit damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves and photographed. Contact us within 48 hours. We will manage the freight insurance claim on your behalf and arrange remediation or replacement at no cost to you.

Can I return a container?

We do not offer a right-of-return on delivered containers as each unit is prepared to order. However, if a container does not meet the agreed specification, we will rectify the issue — including collection and replacement if necessary.

Do you offer maintenance or repair services?

We offer a remote technical advisory service for maintenance questions. For on-site repairs in Montenegro, our technical team is available. For repairs in other countries, we can recommend vetted local partners in several European markets.
